The Inn of the Seventh Ray is like your own mountain hideaway. The garden restaurant, designed around an old church, allows for creek-side dining in the European tradition amid clusters of fresh herbs, sunshine and ocean breezes. Purist at heart, the Inn serves fresh fish, natural meats, vegetarian perfection, nouvelle cuisine, and a new experience in esoteric cookery. For the Tofu Festival, they have prepared roasted tofu roulade (roasted tofu roll with spinach, mushroom, pine nuts topped with black bean sauce) and tofu cheesecake.
