Established in March 1995, Vegi-D'Lite, Inc., set their goal to serve the 21st century marketplace by developing healthy food products using state-of-the-art technology. At the Tofu Festival, they will be offering their SuGee meatless tofu products, which come in original, hickory smoke and hot n' spicy flavors. In addition to their SuGee line of health food, Vegi-D'Lite will soon offer more all-natural, vegetarian food products under The Meatless Choice and Sweet Delight-brand names. These include vegi-rolls, vegi-balls, multigrain QuickMeals, and dessert rice rolls.
