1 package (8 serving size) strawberry flavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 package (7 oz.) Hinoichi Soft Tofu, drained & pureed
1/3 cup whipping cream
10 strawberries, hulled & sliced

Directions:
Blend cold water, tofu, and whipped cream for 10
seconds. Mix strawberry flavored gelatin and hot water for 2 minutes or until gelatin is dissolved. Fold gelatin into tofu mixture and pour into baking dish 8” x 8” or ready made pie shell, and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Place some strawberry slices on top of the dessert and place on plate with strawberry and lemon slice as garnish. Makes 12 servings.
