Food

Each year we search far and wide for new restaurants, manufacturers, caterers, and food specialty providers. We always welcome food booths that feature innovative uses of tofu and soy. The Tofu festival is expanding to include MORE THAN TOFU! We will include unique gourmet food items, specialty foods, ethnic cuisines (preferably from the Pacific Rim) and more!

Arts, Crafts and Consumer Products

The Festival office regularly looks for distinctive and colorful arts, crafts, and consumer goods vendors. Booths are available for handcrafts, imports, books, household items, accessories, toys and clothing.

Health and Fitness

The Festival welcomes Health and Fitness related information booths, applied therapeutics, products, resources, schools and community groups. We invite organizations that provide safe, non-invasive health tests to apply for a booth.
